Planning Applications

Hurley Parish Council has no executive powers in deciding planning applications - this is the prerogative of Royal Borough of Windsor and Maidenhead Council, which is the local Planning Authority. Whilst the Parish Council does not have the power to determine applications its local knowledge is sought on each and every application.

Planning Applications considered by the Parish Council at their Parish Meetings are listed, together with their comments submitted to RBWM, in the planning archive here>>.

A database of applications from 2009 is available for viewing here>>.

We have provided a link that takes you to through to the RBWM Planning site. Enter the planning application number shown for the application in the “Search by Application Number” box and click “Search” and a list of documents associated with the application will be shown here>>

Please note that all areas of Hurley Parish are protected by Green Belt GB1-GB11. All areas (with the exception of small parts of Knowl Hill and Burchetts Green) are further protected by Policy N1 - Area of Special Landscape interest.
